樹脂低溫燒製砥石（レジノイド）
不需泡水，使用前撒多點水即可使用

雙面式#600（中砥石）#1200（仕上砥石）
搭配柴田流兩面不同係數磨法，可創造滑順的大鋸齒，讓廚刀更具咬合力
大鋸齒除了切割時更好入刀，同時還可以保持鋒利度，讓切味更持久
